VacuFlow VTi: Vacuum mode and Flow mode
Valve Timing Intelligence (VTi) pump drives smart fluidics and eliminates the risk of unwanted pulsations or flow, along with next-gen active infusion to achieve constant IOP during vitrectomy.
- Vacuum mode: fast rise times and exceptional efficiency. Use vacuum mode for efficient vitreous removal to easily draw nucleus fragments to the tip
- Flow mode: control the flow to 0.1 ml/min accuracy. Use flow mode for precise aspiration near a mobile retina, controlled removal of nucleus fragments
SMART IOP™ ensures constant IOP during surgery
With SMART IOP™ enabled, EVA NEXUS™ automatically compensates for pressure losses. The system adjusts the irrigation/infusion pressure to maintain a constant IOP during surgery and improved stability during procedures.

EVA Trocar is the first system to feature the patent-pending, Push-Fit infusion connection, plus a unique laser-etched retention feature. Benefits to surgeons and patients also include improved flow rates, a smaller working size and more stable intra-operative IOP.
